Berlatar di Seoul pada tahun 1990-an, seorang mantan DJ mulai menjual obat kuat baru yang dijuluki "Gangnam Crystal" di klub malam kota setelah menguasai organisasi gangster. Karena polisi hanya tahu sedikit tentang asal-usul obat-obatan tersebut, untuk menindak organisasi perdagangan narkoba yang merajalela ini, petugas polisi pedesaan Park Jun Mu ditugaskan untuk menyelinap ke dalam organisasi, hanya untuk menemukan bahwa istrinya, Yoo Eui Jung, yang juga seorang detektif, secara sukarela berpartisipasi dalam misi berbahaya ini dan tampaknya memiliki masa lalu yang tak terkatakan dengan raja obat bius bawah tanah yang keji.
